SHIPPING INFO
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping method for most orders is UPS Ground. Upon customer request, orders can also ship via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Express. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories will ship via USPS Priority Mail, in which a higher shipping charges may apply. Customer will be notify if a higher shipping charge is applicable, and the order will not processed without customer’s confirmation.
RETURN POLICY
At Powramid eStore, our goal is to have very satisfied customers. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return instructions are as follow:
1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by email the following info to cs@powramid.com,
a. Order number
b. Customer name
c. Item number
d. Indicate a ‘return’ or ‘exchange’
e. Please state ‘return order’ in the subject line
2. Upon receipt of the above info, our Returns Department will assign and email the RA# to you.
3. All return item(s) must be in the original packaging. This is to protect the articles during shipping. Please be sure to indicate RA# on the package. A package returned without RA# will not be processed.
4. Send package via insured courier, and keep receipt for reference. This protects you in the event of lost package during transit.

6. Your credit card account will be credited within 7 business days from the receipt of the item. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for returned item(s) only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow one month billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
